Unseasonal Rain June 2023
After a very unseasonal rainfall in the dry season, we had 3 weeks that we couldn’t get freight to our valued customers up the Gibb River Rd due to the river heights. This video is of two of our trucks going across the Barnett River for the first time after the water levels had subsided.
2023 Kimberley floods
In January 2023, West Kimberley experienced the worst flooding in living history. derby and Fitzroy crossing were completely cut off from the north and south. for 4 weeks, freight could only come in by barge or by planes.
